- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had the worst care at this office. There are no doctors, only nurse practitioners. The staff are very rude. Whenever a practitioner gets knowledgeable, they are transferred from this practice. Making an appointment is a nightmare too. Not unusual to wait 20 minutes.November 05, 2017by susan davis
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was in a lot of pain and being as I live 2 minutes from here I wanted to switch Drs offices. I spoke to 2 different woman who guaranteed to get me in the same day but would call me back with a time after speaking to the doctor....after 5 hrs of not having anything I find another DR no wonder this place has such bad reviews.May 18, 2017by Desiree Pyle
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪There's a reason I have switched myself and my 3 kids to a different practice. We did not have a problem with the doctors we saw. Unfortunately, I had horrible experiences with the staff. I'm writing the review because I just had another, which I'm hoping is the final, failure from this practice. I received a note from my daughter's school stating she's missing shots for kindergarten. Come to find out when I gave them her previous shot records from our previous practice, they did not "transfer' over the information correctly and left out some important ones. The sad thing is on the print out of her shot records it clearly stated "past due" under certain vaccines and not ONCE was I ever told. She is not past due, it was their entry error. One would think it would be a red flag for them though during her previous 2 wellness visits. In fact, we even got the "all clear" for kindergarten in writing with records showing past due shots (again, not really past due, just entry error). My daughter's school is the one that caught it. We just overall had terrible experiences with follow up care. Wellness visits were fine (for the most part) because those are usually one time/stop visits, but anytime we need follow up due to sick visit....it was never good. We've had one visit at our new practice and it's been amazing!December 30, 2016by S Carranza
